Many of you may remember this as the "back yard B-B-Q movie" that I was working on in the summer of 2004. Several of you may have even been a part of the film.
Below are scenes from a rough cut of the film with no work on audio and no picture enhancement.

The brainchild of Derrick Cameron, this film was made over
many weekends during one summer. Each of the actors were given / came
up with character descriptions and then Derrick, Ben Edwards, Ryan
Lynch and a few others used several cameras and less microphones to capture
the interactions between characters. Derrick had a progression in his
mind that he would suggest to the actors as the day went on.
The
majority of the film takes place in one afternoon at a back yard
barbecue. That being the case, the men of the house Kyle and Ben and
Toby (to some extent) would throw a real party that our friends would
come to with the understanding that they were going to be in the
background (and foreground) of this film. It was somewhat brilliant but
not without its share of difficulties.
At the end of filming
Ben Edwards eventually began the long process of editing the many hours
of footage into a 90 minute film.
